Every fabric used in the design of Baby
Borsa bags is carefully selected for its color, texture,
durability, and beauty. If needed, the bags may be machine washed
in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on a low setting.
To keep the crisp, new look the Quick-Change and Toddler Tote
may be ironed on a cool setting.

return/exchange policy

Products can be returned or exchanged up to 14
days after purchase. Items must be in unused and original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and items should be
mailed back with tracking. Sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Each baby bag style is handmade as a limited
edition. Since relatively small quantities of each bag are produced,
once it sells out, it is difficult to find. On rare occasion, we
may have an item still located in one of our boutique stores, so please
contact our customer service department with your request.
